    I will definitely go back to Panera after tonight! I swung in to the store on Hurstbourne get some Cheddar & Broccoli soup. The girl at the window said their system went down and couldn’t put in orders or even take cash or credit cards. She ask me what I wanted and I said only a bowl of soup and she said hang on. She came back and handed me a sack with a bowl of soup and said have a wonderful evening. This is definitely great customer service. Thank You Panera and that great lady at the drive thru window. 👍👍 Thanks Doug B.

    The food is always fresh and the staff have always been extremely friendly to me. So far my order has always been correct. The price is a little too high for me, but the rewards card gives you free items so that helps make up for the price a little.

    I had the barbecue chicken sandwich on the flatbread. But I found it was WHEAT flatbread, and it was tender and delicious. Although the sandwich had bareley enough meat, it was still filling. Will have to get that again.

    I really wish they had not gotten rid of the hazel nut cream cheese it was such a really good cream cheese. It really is such a shame that they had to get rid of it but other that that the. Servers where pretty good at there job and hospitality and got my food fast only a 1 star review because of the cream cheeses they didnt have
